How does it handle complex nested JSON structures and arrays?

The plugin uses intuitive dot notation (like player.stats.health) for nested objects and bracket notation for arrays (like items[0].name). V2 also supports multi-dimensional arrays (like matrix[1][2]) and automatically creates nested paths when writing new data.
